Wedsneday's are quickly becoming my favorite around the office.  Because on Wednesday afternoons I have time set apart specifically for planning/ setting up our 2013 trips to the Bahamas! What's better to think about on a dreary mid-week afternoon than the beach? It is a wonderful chunk of time to dream and google search. What I am even more excited about is the potential opportunities for ministry that God is establishing on the islands. In my research I am learning that the Bahamas, like many places, is filled with the wealth of natural beauty and affluence through tourism but it is also home to many who are hurting with no hope of relief. I am excited about what Jesus might do through us, His body, as we step out in faith into the hidden needs of the islands. Adventrues Youth (AY) is planning to send a team of youth groups down to the Bahamas this upcoming June. Who knows what doors this might open for continued ministry partnerships and ultimately the salvation of many as the Holy Spirit empowers us to do the good works which have been prepared in advance for us to do! So exciting! As I continue to dream and seek the Lord in my planning and set-up please pray that He would guide me to those whom He would have us encounter while there. Good stuff for sure.
